Organizations that run background checks as part of the candidate screening process must comply with industry regulations. If you are contacted by a potential employer to participate in a background check, you will be presented to view and consent to forms that notify you of your rights and participation in the screening. These forms are displayed online as you complete the background check authorization process electronically.
