It can certainly be frustrating when you run into an error when trying to apply to a job! The errors usually indicate that something went wrong on with the internet browser during the application process. Here are some steps you can take to try and get passed an error.

  1. Try using Chrome or Firefox as your internet browser when applying. The applications work best with those two browsers, which you can download from their respective websites.
  2. Clear your cache and cookies. The errors are usually resolved once the cache and cookies are cleared. You can do this in a number of ways, depending on the browser you are using. For Chrome, you can take the following steps:
    1. Click on the "Clear Browsing Data..." option in the Chrome settings
    2. Make sure that "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files" are checked.
    3. Click on "Clear data".
    4. Now, try logging back into the application and completing the application.
